MEET RANA
Rana Alamuddin is an award-winning Lebanese actress, TV host, content creator, motivational speaker, transformational coach, certified RTT® hypnotherapist and women's initiatives consultant.
She pursued her dream from Beirut to Hollywood and landed roles in Sex and the City 2, CSI: Miami and was a series regular on CBS's daytime drama The Young and the Restless.
After trading her Hollywood career for newfound motherhood in Saudi Arabia, she embarked on a 4-year personal journey with postpartum depression-awakening to her true life purpose: creating a safe space of sisterhood for Arab women to come together as their authentic selves- away from societal judgement and shaming.
She created, alongside art director Christie Bassil, the CNN-featured viral campaign #IForgiveMyself , fighting shame culture in the Middle East. She also hosted and executive produced the pilot episode of The Conversation Series featuring Oscar-nominated filmmaker Nadine Labaki inspiring women to embrace their vulnerability as power.
Rana is a sought-after transformational coach, with a client base spanning from the GCC to the U.S.
She supports women on their journeys of transformation through tailored programs blending hypnotherapy, mediumship and Pranic healing to help them release wounding and self-sabotage and embody their life purpose.
She's also a motivational speaker helping women across MENA and the diaspora to reclaim their power and take ownership of their lives.
Rana is the daughter of a diplomat father and a sociologist mother, having lived in ten countries. She's fluent in five languages, a transcendental meditation devotee and a shameless Peggy Gou YouTube scroller.
As women, we don't liberate ourselves from a man, a society or a system. We liberate ourselves from our own self-limiting beliefs.
Rana
